Ottoman's Life Hotel Deluxe

We like stuff,, service.Good hotel, our favorite one. We stay there every time when visit Istanbul.

TL;DR - Overall a very good place to stay - the price for the room and wellness was incredibly fair. There are extra facilities/amenities of which usage can be purchased, but they are very expensive (generally cheaper than other 5* hotels but still very expensive for Istanbul). We are planning to stay here again. Room and facilities: Bed was comfortable - we overslept on our second day and missed our alarms because we sank into our bed and forgot about the world that morning. Bathroom was really good - water pressure in the shower was nice. Secure safe, and room service tidy the room upon your request. The wellness centre is very good, particularly the sauna, and it is a nice option that there is a separate women's only area that also has great facilities (compared to the UK, the women's facilities were much better here). We only bought breakfast on the final day of our stay and it was underwhelming. A member of staff came up to us at breakfast and was quite overbearing and seemed rude - but I put this down to the language barrier and both of us struggling to get across what we meant. Reception, concierge, and room service are VERY friendly and advise well or try hard to meet your needs, but the staff at the wellness area are very difficult to engage with. One employee grunted exasperatedly at me when the gym card wasn't working, and threw his hands in the air to tell me to move so he could let me in - this, and his conduct in general, I found quite disrespectful. View: Average - we stayed on the top floor and our room had a terrace pointing out to the front. The terrace was nice. Location: We were able to get to both Taksim and Sultanahmet within 20 minutes with tram or very slightly later by bus, and the area seems very safe. The hotel is near a shopping mall and the food shops are open until late.

a) staff is extremely friendly, I would like to thank for the reception office helping me sorting out my postcards as i was in a rush leaving for the plane b) spa and gym is very well equiped c) cleaning ladies were very nice, room was always crystal clean d) breakfast was rich and changing a bit every day as well e) very nice lounge! f) i liked our little balcony in the room

Good location, only a few tram stops to the most touristic area. Great junior suite - super spacious and comfortable for our family. The spa area is nice and well maintained. We were happy to leave our luggage in the storage room before and after check-in/check-out.

The hotel is amazing ❤️ The staff is on a high level There at the front desk there are staff who do a dedicated job especially Lili🌺
